The following is a list of seven weight loss tips that can help you lose weight fast without diet pills. You can lose weight fast in the beginning by following these easy tips.

  1. Drink water. The number one tip for losing weight fast is to drink more water. Drinking water helps your body to flush out harmful toxins that tend to prevent weight loss. Experts in the diet industry suggest between six and eight glasses of water per day, but the more water you can drink the better.
  2. Skip the pop. Don't drink diet or regular pop. Avoid drinking soda of all kinds to quickly reduce bloating and take inches off of your waist.
  3. Increase your fiber. Whole wheat and whole grain foods, along with fruits and vegetables, fill you up without overloading your body with excess calories. Gradually increase your fiber intake to lose weight fast.
  4. Eat more vegetables. Aim for five vegetables a day and gradually add more to your daily menus. Natural, unprocessed foods are best in regards to losing weight. Swap your regular snacks for carrot sticks, cut-up celery and cucumbers or canned vegetables.
  5. Limit TV. Watching too much TV encourages you to eat more than you realize. Avoid the excess calories and mindless eating by cutting down on the amount of time you spend in front of the TV. Find other activities to enjoy that occupy your hands as well as your time.
  6. Exercise. Cardio is essential for weight loss. Initially 30 minutes a day is an appropriate amount of exercise. Over time, you want to work up to 60 to 90 minutes a day in order to lose weight quickly.
  7. Strength training. Resistance training raises your metabolism, builds muscle and burns fat. Add strength training to your cardio routine for the perfect for the balance of exercise. Resistance training is the most effective and quickest way to achieve a slimmer body. You'll be able to see and feel the results from strength training almost immediately. Within six weeks you should start to see a difference on the scale.

You can experience quick weight loss by following all of these tips simultaneously. Diet alone cannot help you lose weight quickly, nor can exercise alone. Combining diet and exercise, along with drinking more water, increasing your fiber, eating more vegetables and making exercise a part of your daily routine, is the only way to lose weight fast without using diet pills.

I agree, I was so tempted to take diet pills to lose weight fast, but I just began working out on a daily basis and changing my eating habits, I have lost pounds and I have lost inches. I feel great. This is the best way to lose weight.

I'm fourteen and last summer I weighed 160. Just by cutting back on food && using will power, I lost 20 pounds and kept it like that until the end of the school year. Unfortunately though, I've gain 9 pounds since summer started. I am outside every day 8-5 working at a camp, which means no tv, and I cheer every tuesday&&wednesday & I'm pretty much staying at around 158 or so. But, I tend to drink tons of soda a day - at most, seven! Your idea's are going to be extremely helpful! I want to get to 120 pounds, and I will definitely filly you un when I get there.

Ok im 14 and a half years old. everything is fine down to my boobs. but below my boobs my lower belly were my button is and my upper legs are kind of chubby. my mom isnt gonna buy me pills and i dont like running to much cuz it makes my legs hurt. i hardly eat anything. i only drink juice, milk, and water. i hate soda. but i dont like drinking water alot,only to quench my thirst. i hardly eat chocolate and i never eat candy. idk how much i weigh. but i know i weigh under 110 pounds. when i watch tv i usually eat fruite or carrots but sometimes i have the urge to eat a little icecream. idk how i can exersice because there is NO gyms where i live and no workout places. theres nothing to do cuz i live in the middle of no where (about 1 hour away from everything exept k mart, a school, and some small houses). thnxx alot for this helpful tip for me also being 14 it helps alot because i cant seem to keep trrack of myself with the excersiing and when i xcersise i just wind up eating junk food and nothing is being down and now that i know TV can seriously damage your health well now im going to cut down just alittle with the tv except for mondays cause you all know we gotta watch our secret life of an american teenager right?!? lol

i will really try at this diet thing. i have tryed several over the years and none of them work. i am 20 yrs old and weigh 265. i used to weigh alot less but when i got pregnant i just gained alot but figured that i could easly lose it but i ended up doubling my weight. my daughter is nonw 9 months and i look horrible!! i hate going out in public. my clothes dont fit i dont have the money to buy more. my mom tells me that i need to lose weight now or it will never happen. im not doing this just to look good. my period has been affectied. i didnt get one for 6 months because i am over fat my knees pop now and it hurts to walk up the stairs. thank you for the tips i really hope it works!!

well i am 11 and im about 80 or 90 pounds and i dont want to be i hate it becuase i used to be really skinny and my friend almost has abbs and she keeps bragging about it and its not plesant and im going to try it and see if it works and the bad thing is i am going to be a juniors bridesmaid and i hav to wear a skinny dress and i look fat in it and i want to lose weight before the wedding!!!! Hi, I am 14 next week and weigh 7 1/2 stone (48kg), When i ask my friends if i am fat they say no, but i think they are fibbing just to protect me, I know i am chubby and can tell, i have massive legs, flab on my stomach and a massive bum! I AM 12 and i weigh 130 pounds my teacher can pick me up [ he is a boy ] but that is about it ,he will sneak behind me and pick me up then carry me accross the school , how can i loose about 40 or 50 pounds fast [ i ride my bick but that works a little not much ] my sister told me to loose 100 pounds but then i will weigh 30 pounds and that will be way way under weight for my age. so ANY HELP I NEED IT SO BAD.

My names Beth and I am 18. The last time I had weighed myself is about a year ago, and recently I did about 2 weeks ago. I went from 180 to 220. I do prefer to drink soda, but I had no clue about its effects on the human body. I don't really watch a lot of T.V. but I know when I do I don't mindless graze. I'm too lazy to even get up and make something to eat. I was pregnant at 15 and had her at 16. I think when I became super lazy is after I had her because I had a C-Section and that gave me an excuse to just have everyone else do anything & everything for me. I haven't tried diet pills or anything. I'm also afraid my sleeping pattern won't help either, I stay up until about 2-4 a.m. and sleep until 12-3 p.m. I can honestly say i'm going to stick to this. If you seen me walking down the street, you wouldn't be able to tell that I weigh 220. It's mainly in my thighs and hips. I hope this really helps me. Thank you so much. I will let you know how this helps me.

This article seems great. I have a wierd situation. I am a 19 yr old 5'10 male. My problem is I have a huge butt for some reason. When im wearing clothe I look extremely fat and its because my butt. It makes me mad cuz girls don't look at me like before. I kno im cute but the butt has to go cuz its messing my body and life up. Wen I go to the beach with a friend or a girl and I take my shirt off they be extremely suprised to find out I have a nice 8pk and they would be like "damn I thought yu were fat". Obviously I have to wear clothe but unlike most people it makes me look worst than without. I use baggy clothe which makes it worst. Please help with advice!!

I am turning sixteen next week and want my belly button peirced soon after

i dance six days a week so i can definatly say im getting enough excercise so i dont know what to do!

all true... I do weight watchers and I lost 100 pounds and it works with time but be careful if you are prone to weight gain get back on track cause gaining it is easy - taking the pounds off is NOT!

People. if you're under 120 lbs, unless you're really short you are NOT overweight. I'm 5'7" and 170, and I'm still not quite in the overweight area. Especially those 10-15 year olds. You aren't overweight! Be happy with yourself the way you are! You're way too young to be worrying about your weight!

I have osteoarthritis. I am 41. I need to lose some weight. I have tried pills and all kinds of diets to no avail. I cant do much exercise because doing too much aggrivates the OA and I'm in pain for days. What exercises can I do and at what frequency (ex: walk for 20 min ) so as to not aggrivate mY OA? It is imperative I lose some weight, Or my OA will get worse and maybe when I get older I may have to be either in a wheel chair or use a cane. I know I can't reverse the damage but i am trying to prevenet it from getting worse.

Leaving the sodas alone does work... I used to drink 7 to 8 sodas a day Now i only drink water and I lost 14 pounds in one week.
